I surprised my bride with a carriage ride from our venue to our resort at the end of our reception. It was late at night and the Good Shepherd made sure they were there early, set up without anyone noticing, and made it a very special ending to a very special day. I can’t thank them enough!!! The Surrey with Fringe on top Sits 10-12 Want a lovely, authentic, & classic spoke wheel Surrey/Carriage as a ride for your guest or just as a people mover? A great ride for parties or Parades. Baraat Indian Weddings (Hindi: बरात; Urdu: برات ‎) We are available for traditional Baraat wedding ceremonies. We have beautiful white mares. Our horses are used to the ceremonial traditions of the Baraat and are decorated in a colorful, handmade, red & gold blanket with a head dress. After Baraat our horse can take the married couple away in a white Carriage. Our Wagons Accommodate 20-25 people The large Brown Wagon Our large brown wagon is perfect for parties such as Christmas or Birthdays. Perfect for festivals or any event you would like to have tours given or moved from parking lot to event. Also has been in many parades. The large Green Wagon The Green Wagon is wide & little more open then the brown wagon. Has a front platform that is ideal for small bands or a DJ. Also a great wagon for giving tours, rides for parties or for use in a Parade. The Pioneer Wagon Accommodates 10-14. This Wagon is truly an authentic Pioneer vehicle. Complete with steel covered wheels & a Canvas cover. This Wagon is ideal for non-mechanized Parades or someone wanting to relive the Pioneer days. Meet some of our lovlies - the Horses The one's who make all the magic happen Bella Our Speckled white Beauty Bella is one of our oldest residents at the Ranch. She is special & loves to be appreciated for her job as a carriage horse. Bella originally was used on a farm back east as a plow horse, when she slowed down & started to age out of her prime, she was going to be sold by the pound. Well, when we heard of her we knew she needed to be at the Good Shepherd Ranch. Given her new job as a carriage horse Bella has learned to love people & her job here. And she adores children with special needs. Thunder Our gorgeous Clydesdale Our powerful, Majestic, elegant & stunning legendary Clydesdale gentleman. This tall, dark & Handsome boy will melt your heart with his stunning good looks, good manners & come love me eyes! Thunder loves showing off & enjoys the attention! He has been with us about 5 years now & has truly become family. This beauty also helps us train the green & new comers. He is very good at his job & gets a sense of pride & worth from his purpose with us. Rates: Wagon/Carriage rental: on the Good Shepherd Ranch - $150 per hour (Any horse drawn vehicle of your choice) French Carriage rental: Location of your choice - Rate starts at $550 (Travel Charge may apply) Surrey Rental: Location of your Choice - Rate starts at $550 (Travel Charge may apply). Add $100 for a Team of Horses. Large Wagon Rental: Location of your choice - Rate starts at $750 (Travel Charge may apply) We are available for the Tucson Rodeo Parade Fuel charges may apply depending on your location.
